    Thank you for choosing Emerald Coast Cabinetry for your cabinetry needs. We strive to provide high-quality RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets to our valued customers. In the event that you need to return your purchase, please read and follow our return policy outlined below.

    Return Eligibility:

    • Unopened Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the cabinets must be in their original, unopened packaging.
    • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund. Returns between 16 and 30 days from the date of delivery will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Notification: To initiate a return, please send an email to info@emeraldcoastcabinetry.net with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

    Return Process:

    • Packaging: Ensure that the cabinets are securely packaged in their original, unopened packaging. Please do not assemble or install the cabinets.
    • Return Authorization: Once you've contacted us via email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number on the return package.
    • Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the items back to our designated return address. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier with tracking and insurance.
    • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned cabinets, our team will inspect the items to confirm their condition and eligibility for a refund.
    • Refund Process: If the cabinets are in their original, unopened packaging and meet the return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

    Exceptions:

    • Items damaged during shipping or those with manufacturing defects will be handled through our warranty and replacement policy. Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items.
    • Assembled or installed cabinets, as well as cabinets returned outside of the specified time frame, are not eligible for a refund.
